Responsibilities:
General
- Ability to perform opening and Mostly closing tasks
- Manage task lists and delegate to team members throughout shift
- Hold team accountable to successful completion of task lists
Customer experience
- Interact with customers and ensure they are having a great time
- Resolve customer complaints as needed
- Help Create deals, specials, packages and promotions
- Assist customers in scheduling events
- Ensure events run smoothly
Facilities
- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Safety
- Administration
- Manage in house process improvement projects
- Maintain front and back of house organization
- Keep process documentation up to date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
