Job Responsibilities:
- Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
- Provide superior care for residents.
- Complete resident assessments effectively and promptly.
- Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
- Document accurately and completely.
- Varied role that provides both social and emotional support to your patients.
Requirements:
- Current State of Utah RN or LPN license
