Job Responsibilities:

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Provide superior care for residents.
• Complete resident assessments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Varied role that provides both social and emotional support to your patients.

Requirements:

• Current State of Utah RN or LPN license
