The Senior Cloud/API Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining infrastructure components in AWS cloud which includes VPCs, EC2s AWS ECS Fargate, RDS, Transit Gateways, WAF, SNS, SQS and Lambda. This position requires hands-on in DevOps operations like Jenkins, Code Deploy, Deployment pipelines, API Gateway and API Programming (NET core and Python experience preferred). Responsibilities: Maintain and manage AWS Infrastructure with all HITRUST security standards and controls Ensure recoverability of servers and content Monitor infrastructure system performance for alarms or other issues Maintain IdentityServer and API Gateway Ensure partnership with internal stakeholders regarding all DevOps functions Ensure the API needs of the Engineering team are being met (C# .NET Core and Python) Respond to issues in a timely manner and escalate as needed Efficiently log all failures, document work procedures, and system configurations Properly document technical procedures and practices Effectively implement stable systems using industry best practices All you need is... High School Diploma or GED 5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure 2 years of experience in REST API Development Experience with AWS Cloud services and Serverless (AWS Managed) Infrastructure and services Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation), Automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Experience migrating large workloads to AWS along with cost optimizations Even better if you have...
