STARTING PAY:       $17.00/Hour

Description

Kracor Rotational Molders/A Division of Yamaha Marine Systems company, Inc. is for a Packager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing expectations.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate professionally with supervisor and co-workers.
• Read and interpret written work orders to ensure type, quantity and quality of product, special instructions, etc.
• Visually monitor materials and products for defects/correctness in accordance with quality expectations.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Report all damages/defects in a timely manner.
• Effectively use packaging equipment and keeping inventory of materials needed for packaging/shipping.
• Securely pack and wrap Kracor products in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Forklift driving experience preferred – Kracor will provide on-site training.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, hands, fingers, legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling of materials, and operating machinery
• Perform repetitive motions using your hands and fingers such as, but not limited to, grasping, gripping, and holding
• Carrying & lifting 10 - 50 Pounds frequently
