What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Professional position at Muldoon Associates, Inc.?
We are in need of a full-time AP/AR clerk that has experience in Appfolio. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day billing and accounting needs of our property management department. This includes receipting rents, issuing checks to contractors, following up on late rent status, ensuring statement accuracy, working with residents on ledger questions, and other tasks as necessary.
If you don't have the experience you must be able to learn quickly with the tools provided by the software. However, we will be seeking individuals who ALREADY have experience with Appfolio accounting.
Compensation:$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Account for all incoming money
- Pay bills
- Answer resident questions about ledgers
- Work with our clients on statement questions
- Work with contractors on getting paid in a timely manner and insuring accuracy of bills
- Navigate Appfolio proficiently
- Must be willing to commute to Colorado Springs 1-2 times per week'
- Must be able to work accurately, efficiently, and quickly
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN APPFOLIO
- Must have AP/AR skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office tools such as Word, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote
- Must be friendly and eager to work
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to come up with solutions
- Must be willing to work with little supervision
