The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is the leading HVAC manufacturer and creator of modular chiller systems. We are seeking a Purchasing Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the work of Purchasing Clerk
- Create and implement purchasing procedures
- Analyzes supply chain and forecast necessity
- Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors
- Initiates, prepares, processes, and verifies purchase orders
- Handle inquiries about orders
- Obtain pricing and product specifications from vendors
- Reconcile inventory counts and discrepancies
- Work closely with Engineering to make decisions on which products to use
Qualifications:
- 1 years purchasing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Competent mathematical skills
- Desire to learn
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
An exceptional candidate would have experience with purchasing materials using an ERP system, though not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
