The Will Call Coordinator coordinates the branch functions relating to Will Calls, picking of orders, reviewing and maintaining accurate order status, and organization of the will call area. In this role, the Will Call Coordinator is charged with on time and accurate order retrieval in accordance with the company’s customer value proposition.

• HVAC knowledge preferred, willing to train
• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum one year experience
• Able to pass a background checks
• Able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Ability to drive a box truck a real plus

• Reaching above shoulder 0-1 hour per day
• Repetitively using foot motion for driving 1-6 hours per day

• Squatting 0-1 hour per day
• Standing 1-3 hours per day
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling 1-3 hours per day
• Twisting (at waist) 0-1 hours per day
• Using close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Using hands and arms 6-8 hours per day
