Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will help take care of our valued customers in all divisions and will work with our Vice President of Client Services to ensure we proactively communicate with our client base in an organized and systematic manner. The Sales Account Manager will help us provide the very best Customer Experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to customers throughout the year;
• Reactivate delinquent accounts;
• Generate leads for all Municode divisions;
• Support Regional Executives in assigned territory when necessary;
• Focus on assigned states/territory;
• Fully understand the suite of products and services we offer;
• Ability to demo features effectively;
• Upsell and meet individual quotes;
• Proactively and effectively communicate with our Customer Success Team, Sales Team and Product Development Team;
• Effectively correspond via email/phones with customers.
