As a Personal Trainer for the Quincy Kroc Center you can expect to:
- Become familiar with and enforce all Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center center policies and procedures consistently at all times. Make recommendation for improvement of the same.
- Create safe and appropriate exercise programs for clients.
- Monitor each client assigned during each session, while educating them on proper technique, and to ensure safe use of all fitness equipment.
- Design a goal-setting strategy for each client and an action plan to achieve those goals.
- Ensure proper exercise mode, duration, frequency, intensity and progression is established for each client.
- Ensure all pre-exercise paperwork, waivers and consent forms are completed prior to beginning any sessions with a client.
- Ensure all billing, fee schedules, and payroll forms are properly completed.
- Conduct a pre-exercise health screening/fitness assessment for all new clients.
- Conduct proper exercise equipment orientations for patrons as scheduled.

What are We Looking For?
Education & Certifications:
- High School or equivalent diploma
- Current American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid certification or obtain within 60 days of employment
- Current, personal training certification from a NCCA recognized organization such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NCSF or the like.
- Must pass pre-employment Kroc personal training class and test.
Experience: Must have at least 1 year of certified personal trainer experience.
