Murad Pro Associates
Responsible for the on-going success and development of existing business, providing outstanding support and customer care, via training, events, and sales support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales
- Existing Business
- Achieve sales objectives (annually and quarterly)
- Build strong relationships; establish credibility and rapport with customers through regular virtual visits, events, and business planning sessions
- Service existing businesses within given sales territory by planning and conducting educational classes or workshops, providing event support and event planning, obtaining orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels, and conducting business planning meetings with owners or managers of each location. This is achieved by in-person and virtual visits with existing accounts on an appropriate call cycle based upon account volume and geography.
- Provide business support, sales strategies and action plans to owners, estheticians, sales associates and front desk staff of accounts
- Provide actionable ideas on how to grow the location’s business through sell-through tactics (events, education, contests, promotions, etc)
- Participate in and support all sales, marketing and educational programs (e.g., new account campaigns, new product launches, promotions, educational classes, trade shows, school visits, National Sales Meetings, etc.)
- Education
- Promote and provide Murad education
- Conduct virtual education when needed
- Maintain a thorough and current understanding of products and services through attendance of webinars and utilization of on-demand learning platforms at ongoing product and treatment education.
- Operations
- Work with other field sales personnel, including attending scheduled regional and national sales team meetings as well as maintaining regular informal contact with other team members in order to foster environment of open communication, idea sharing and internal rapport building
- Adhere to weekly calendar of expected activity including service calls, and scheduled appointments. Maintain calendar in outlook for all meetings, and update when changes occur.
- Provide detailed weekly reports to management including sales activities, sales projections, account visits, current business conditions, trends and competitive information utilizing CRM
- Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers, customers and others

- The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the requirements of today’s skin care environment and be reliable, dedicated and willing to work as part of a winning team
- As an ambassador of Murad, the candidate must incorporate the company’s mission and commitment to its business partners at every point of contact with both internal and external clients
High school degree required, BA degree preferred. Minimum of one year field sales experience in the beauty industry, servicing professional salons, spas, service providers, and medical environments. Aesthetician license required
