General Summary
This position will work with the Talent Development Manager to support the Talent Development (TD) team mission, which is to create talent and development opportunities that motivate, engage, and empower employees.
The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the content, manage workshop enrollment, and run reports on our SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role will also assist with creating job aids and guides.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors LMS.
- Setup and manage user course enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications for workshops.
- Provide LMS support for employees.
- Coordinate, gather, and develop training reports.
- Conduct research on various topics and gather relevant resources to support TD initiatives.
- Create training materials including documents, job aids, and guides.
- Work with third party vendors including contract and invoice processing.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Competencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience using and supporting an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors.
- 1-2 years of experience in adult education, corporate training, leadership development, or facilitation.
- Advanced experience with software including Microsoft Suite, Trello, Zoom, and Teams.
- Knowledge of content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Open Sesame).
- Experience working with third party vendors and invoice processing.
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance short term/long term needs using project management skills
Travel
Some domestic travel required.
