Position Summary
The NetSuite Administrator will serve as the right hand to the ERP Manager by supporting and improving software used in multiple business units including finance, operations and customer relations. This role is instrumental in designing how the ERP system will be most effective, as well as managing the day-to-day departmental NetSuite needs. The NetSuite Administrator will work collaboratively and creatively as the go-to for internal questions, tickets and enhancement requests. The ideal candidate is motivated to provide helpful solutions every day, while also contributing to big picture system development for a rapidly growing business. Critical thinking skills and a self-driven spirit are keys for success in this dynamic and pivotal role.

What You Do
- Play a key role in our NetSuite ecosystem customization & roll out projects
- Act as liaison between Murray’s Cheese and third-party vendors
- Facilitate the design, configuration, and implementation of the NetSuite ERP, by 3rd party consultant, to meet the organization's business needs.
- Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity.
- Maintain and support the NetSuite ERP applications and related 3rd party integrations for internal stakeholders.
- Support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.
- Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintain proper system access for all roles.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.
- Support and help manage the change management and release process for NetSuite.
- Configure NetSuite to support transaction flow from source applications and systems
- Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
- Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.
- Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers, and executives.
- Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links
- Complete additional responsibilities as required
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
- Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage recurring or ongoing tasks and one-off projects
- Working knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Flow, csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics and scheduling scripts.
- Hands-on SuiteScript experience to provide back-end customization.
- Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
- At least 2 years’ experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required.
- Experience generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite.
- NetSuite Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite.
Nice to Have
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
- Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Boomi and others desired
- Order to Cash and Suite billing experience desired
- EDI integration experience.
