What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Coordinator position at Murraysmith and Quincy?
The Opportunity
The Contract Coordinator I position is responsible for managing individual contracts, ie mowing, sweeping, asphalt, MOT, tree trimming, etc. for the typical maintenance needed on FDOT roadways. This includes but is not limited to developing the work order and cost estimates for the work, overseeing the work, and coordinating with the Contractor and FDOT inspector.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute contract documents, addendums, and other documentation
- Set up and maintain client, contract, project, and sub-consultant files
- Coordinate receipt, signing, returning, and reviewing of client agreements
- Other responsibilities as requested by manager
Required Credentials
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- A/E/C experience a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe Suite

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with organizational skills
- Use judgment and analytical skills to resolve issues as they arise
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Be service oriented with a strong ability to collaborate and support our inspectors
Salary : $47,200 - $59,700
