Part-time secretarial position (3 days/week – 9 to 5:30)

Secretarial support to 4 attorneys; perform routine clerical tasks; handle incoming telephone calls; greet visitors and clients; type correspondence, memos, documents and legal forms; possess good written and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.

Proficient in Outlook, WORD, Adobe, Excel; knowledge of Timeslips would be a plus, but will train.

Looking for candidates who are eager to perform all tasks that are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $150.00 per day
