- Manual dexterity sufficient to perform venipuncture and handle phlebotomy equipment.
- Visual acuity to read labels and accurately document information.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (boxes of supplies).

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient volumes and priorities.

- Collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
