Customer Support Specialist
*This is a completely remote position for a California-based company. Must be able to work PST hours and weekends.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist that is open to weekend coverage with a passion for technology and beauty to assist customers when using Musely FaceRx treatments and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, providing solutions and guiding treatment users through a new skincare journey. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn customer trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company with excellent customer support and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Analyze and report reoccurring issues
- Monitor complaints on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with other teams
Skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently
- BA/BS in Communications or relevant field preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years previous customer service/retail/restaurant experience
- Friendly and welcoming manner with customers, doctors and pharmacists
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Interest in skincare strongly desired

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
