Responsibilities:- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
- Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
- Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
- Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
“The Kim Musgrave Team” in Paducah is looking to hire an Executive Assistant who can help the CEO and administration staff with many clerical and tech services needed around the office.
This position does not require a specific degree or certification however, it does require a person who is exceptionally detailed, quick to learn new task(s), show initiative, can follow direction, understand software programs and be able to effectively communicate with staff and clients. This position is NOT a remote position and will require office hours. You must have reliable transportation, a stable situation, and a resume to support your candidacy.
This is a Monday through Friday office job from 8am to 4:30pm. Pay is hourly based on your experience. Room for raises and potential for bonus(s) are available but not guaranteed. Yearly evaluation will be available 1 year after the initial start date.
