Mustang Creek Estates in Keller is looking for an amazing Housekeeping Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a hands-on and detail oriented Housekeeper that loves when things SHINE!
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the campus cleanliness in regards to resident rooms and general common areas. This Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure that the cleaning schedule is being followed according to standards to provide a clean and sanitary environment for our Residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Daily deep cleaning of Resident rooms according to the cleaning schedule for the campus
- Removal and replacement of bedding and linens
- Provide deep cleaning services to include vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing
- Coordinate with the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant and House Supervisors while walking houses to coordinate the execution of tasks and the cleaning of the common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and provide ordering needs to the Administrative Assistant on a regular and consistent basis
- Teach and coach cleaning methods to other Team Members for consistency throughout the campus
- Report any maintenance needs to the Executive Director
- Maintain a positive attitude with all Residents and Team Members
- This position has the potential to have supervisory tasks for Housekeeping staff. This will include managing, hiring, scheduling and duty assignment. This is a working supervisor role that will have cleaning responsibilities.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping experience, preferably have housekeeping experience in healthcare/hotel/hospitality/senior living
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on hospitality
- Ability to act in a residents best interest
- Ability to act and supervise in a professional and courteous manner
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow MCE policies and procedures
- Ability to attain Mustang Creek Estates Team Member Characteristics
