Creates and maintains a high quality producer experience by analyzing and understanding contractual, compliance and regulatory requirements to execute contracts, establish the authority to sell on behalf of the company and ensure appropriate commissions are paid. Establishes strong relationships by providing support to internal/external partners and monitoring issues/concerns. Ensures regulatory appointment requirements are accurate and complete on behalf of the company and the producers. Executes and manages producer contracts and the administrative arrangements to include all distribution channels of the P/L segments and products. |
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Hourly Wage: Minimum: $18.75 MidPoint: $23.03 Maximum: $27.30, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provides exceptional customer service via multiple channels such as phone (to include inbound and outbound calls), written/email correspondence, etc.
- Explains contractual provisions, federal laws, state regulations and corporate guidelines to producers and distributors. Responds to immediate concerns utilizing available resources.
- Utilizes the appropriate systems, work management database and applies contract provisions, regulations and corporate guidelines to execute the contracting, licensing and appointment, termination or renewal process.
- Implements all efforts related to contracting, licensing and appointments resulting from changes to contractual agreements, sales hierarchies, compensation arrangements, product changes, regulatory requirements, and revisions to Company administrative policies and procedures.
- Establishes the pay structure within the system to ensure accurate compensation arrangements of all associated levels within the sales hierarchy. Submit the required forms and information on a timely basis to the state department of insurance. Ensures appropriate commission structure for all producers, marketers, IMOs, BGAs, NMOs, SAs, GAs, et al.
- Accesses and evaluates the criminal, regulatory, financial, components of a producer's background to determine the appropriateness of their ability to represent the company. Addresses appeals to producer by analyzing discrepancies in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
- Stays abreast of state and federal laws and regulations and current with corporate compliance guidelines to ensure consistent application and uniformity in the department's procedures and practices. Maintains a working knowledge of distributions, regulations, and business trends in the insurance and service industries.
- Analyzes marketer requests to ensure compliance with contract terms and provisions, federal, state and corporate guidelines.
- May provide subject matter expertise (SME) support for specific job responsibilities for internal and external customers.
- Analyzes program changes resulting from the release of new products, changes to existing products, and distribution changes.
- Provides input to determine effective and efficient solutions to satisfy objectives and business needs.
- Provides results to assist in identifying and evaluating alternatives to appropriate departments/individuals when solving system and business problems.
- Participates in the identification of self-development opportunities, exposures and experiences, with the willingness to learn new skills and/or competencies.
- Actively participates in daily management discussions and activities to include: the identification, support, and implementation of process improvements. Provides insights and recommendations for enhancements to processes, training and the quality of service delivery to our producers.

- Knowledge of insurance business processes, distribution channel management systems, and the distribution of product and services through multi-channel delivery.
