MVO Marketing Account Specialist
The Marketing Account Specialist will be an integral part of the MVO Marketing team. The right candidate for this position will be a true team player, fast learner, and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. We work in a variety of industries, including Real Estate, B2B, Retail, and Innovation, with marketing deliverables that include website design, digital marketing, social media, and graphic design/branding.
Responsibilities: Production & Creative Management
Objective: Bring our client’s creative visions to life for both digital and print media.
- Ensure the best image quality for our clients printing needs
- Photo resolution
- Type/font basics
- Basic knowledge of print process
- Work cross-functionally with design team to ensure client’s vision is captured
- Proofread all work carefully with a strong eye for detail
Responsibilities: Client Services Support
- Assist account team in day-to-day management of client service activities
- Participate in client meetings and provide recaps and reports following
- Create client reports
- Prioritize tasks, multitask, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure as an individual in a high-energy team environment
- Support strategic endeavors from both a brainstorming and administrative perspective with the guidance of the account teams
- Manage trafficking of high volume of orders to multiple clients, including tracking, follow-up, and reporting
- General office duties
QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES
- Positive, energetic team player with a solution-driven attitude
- Desire to learn about all marketing channels from strategy to execution and reporting/analysis
- Strong communication skills – ability to express oneself verbally and in writing clearly, concisely, and thoroughly
- Proven problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic-thinking skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, working well in group settings to move projects forward, provide constructive feedback when needed, and support the overall team workload
- Ability to stay organized and adjust to changing priorities
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors’ Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Intermediate experience in Excel required
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role, agency experience a plus
- 1-2 years’ experience proofreading/copy editing
- Print production experience is a plus
