Job Summary Statement
The Program Manager will be responsible for a detailed follow-up of the manufacturing, quality control, filling and shipping of all ESG products to this customer and will coordinate all technical, quality and supply chain interactions with the customer. Also responsible for managing the dedicated Customer team located in Morrisville (Program Engineer and Quality Specialist)
Key Deliverables:
- Reporting to the Customer Director, the ESG program Manager will provide comprehensive direction and manage the Customer Program Team at Morrisville and will provide support to both the Customer Director and Account Manager for ESG Products.
- Follows up on manufacturing, quality control, filling and shipping of all ESG products to the Customer.
- Take the leadership role and drive the execution of new product introductions for ESG products.
- Take the leadership role in driving the supply of High Volume Products (HVM) within the Morrisville Planning, Operations and Lab organizations to maintain the required warehouse inventories worldwide.
- Take the leadership role in coordinating and maintaining Quality systems to meet/exceed Intel requirements (PCS, SQA, PAS-SCQI)
- Key point of contact for all information/progress reporting internally and externally to the Customer on all ESG matters, excluding commercial discussions and issues.
- Take the leadership role in all excursion/Task Force activities for the customer ESG issues.
Responsibilities
- Defines goals, tasks, deliverables and timelines associated with each direct report (Program Engineer and Quality Specialist) and manages them.
- Defines goals, tasks, deliverables and timelines associated with each HVM product for quality and management of the Customer inventory levels and manages them.
- Defines goals, tasks, deliverables and timelines associated with each aspect of product ramp up & fleet builds and manages them, as necessary.
- Responsible for ensuring overall conformity of each delivered product through QA programs and inspections.
- Ensures all BCPs are tested and validated.
- Identifies resources necessary for successful completion of deliverables and works with management to
acquire such resources as required.
- Ensures all aspects of manufacturing, quality control, filling and shipping of products to to the customer are in
alignment with QOS behaviors.
- Review and manage communications interfacing between the customer and ALEUS for planning of assets and raw material needs through the customer demand and Rolling 6 month forecasts.
- Liaise with the the Customer quality specialist to identify key process control parameters.
- Participates in development and approval of MOC, HAZOP’s and FMEA’s for process systems.
- Responsible for all aspects of products shipped to the customer from within the Morrisville facility /organization including manufacturing, quality control, filling, metrology and shipping without any direct authority over those individuals.
- Manages recurring metrology requirements, MCA & LTS for qualified use for the customer products.
- Manages the generation of statistical data establishing the control limits of the installation.
- Assesses customer’s requirements, concisely communicates requirements, and provides feedback until task
is completed.
- Resolves conflicts with the customer and suppliers.
- Promotes safety, health, and environmental initiatives of ALEUS.
- From time to time, support other initiatives as directed.
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, engineering or related technical discipline
- 5 years experience in Semiconductor industries
- Thorough understanding of the customer quality and supply chain rigors.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills required.
- Ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Possess knowledge of chemicals and gases.
- Computer literate – e-mail, Google and Microsoft software, navigation of information systems.
- Experience with micro-contamination control and troubleshooting.
- Good verbal and communication skills and teamwork/interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with good leadership skills.
- High level of attention to details and accuracy of work.
- Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment.
- Domestic travel (?15%)
Travel Requirements
- The health and safety of our people are our number one priority. This role will require business travel and if
you are not fully vaccinated (defined as two weeks since your final dose), you must pass a Covid-19 test both pre and
post any business related travel.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
