Position Overview:
Responsible for managing all production activities for MWW products by supervising staff, organizing production and monitoring work flow.
Essential Job Functions:
· Overall management responsibility for operations of Dye Sub Manufacturing and overseeing all departments / shifts.
· Operational support for print & transfer sampling, on demand module, management of processes and resources to fabricate products for each department.
· Make decisions on labor requirements necessary to execute production, including OT usage, FTE increases/decreases during production waves, etc. Work with HR and staffing agencies to maintain proper job fulfillment goals.
· Oversee and track employee attendance, wage, abilities and progression based on set standards.
· Understand equipment needs and conditions across all departments
· Manage team consisting of print leads, transfer leads, technical supervisor
· Aid production control & engineering in capacity measurement and analysis.
· Utilize data provided from quality control to analyze issues and direct/support continuous production improvement opportunities throughout production processes.
· Support MWW management policies and procedures and enforce in day-to-day activities.
Education and Experience:
· 3 years as a supervisor in and industrial environment.
· Experience managing a segment of large manufacturing area or an entire operation of a small manufacturing facility
Key Competencies:
