My Doctors Live is a nationwide provider of remote patient health services.
We work with an array of clients ranging from small practices to large health systems. Working directly in the client EMR, our clinical team is scalable, ensuring a fast ramp up, high participation and high performance remote patient monitoring enrollment program. We have developed lead calling protocols which helps optimize remote patient care as well as client reimbursement.
We are currently seeking a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to organize and maintain their schedule, while working with a diverse group of people. Chronic Doctor’s Live Nurses are specifically trained to work with patients to help manage their chronic conditions such as HTN, DM, CHF & COPD. We also coach healthier lifestyle choices as directed by the comprehensive care plan created by their physician. As we help implement healthcare services for our clients, we complete our mission, and that results in healthier and more satisfied patients.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Accurately and completely support enrollment via Welcome Calls, Compliance Calls, and effectively escalate clinical risk to nursing team.
- Able to assist in the ordering /re-ordering devices.
- Physical presence at the office on a set and predictable schedule
- Work with patients to support the adherence to the remote patient monitoring program of chronic conditions such as HTN, DM, CHF & COPD
- Trouble shooting assist with 4G devices.
- Teach savvy
Education and Experience:
- Active Registered or Certification for Medical Assistant (RMA or CMA
- 2 years working in a hospital, family practice or geriatric setting.
- 2 years of EMR charting experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent presentation of verbal and written communication skills.
- Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and Code of Conduct.
- Regular and dependable attendance.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week, speaking with patients over the phone, and documenting on your computer for 8 hours a day.
- Must be knowledgeable of HIPPA compliance within your workspace and regulatory guidelines for privacy to protect PHI
