Responsibilities for a Associate Behavior Analyst:
- Supervise 20% of direct client hours, on average 20 hours per week
- Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures
- Provide parent and caregiver trainings
- Is responsible for ongoing individual program oversight
- Manage assessment and other documentation for client caseloads
- Train RBTs, assess competencies, review treatment fidelity,
- Consults with other members of the client’s treatment team (e.g., speech/language pathologists, teachers, etc.) as necessary or as requested by the parent.
- Maintain professional clinical competency by attending continuing education and workshops in the areas of ABA
Requirements for a Associate Behavior Analyst:
An Associate Behavior Analyst has completed a Masters degree and verified course sequence for BCBA credentialing, obtained their BCBA certification, and they are Licensed to practice in the State of Texas or are awaiting licensure.
