Job Summary:
We are a leading B2B and B2C janitorial services provider in NYC and are seeking an Operations Associate to help with daily operations routine and preparing managerial controls. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. We are looking for an individual with good oral and written communication skills and Microsoft Office Excel proficiency. This position is an entry point to a fulfilling career. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized.
Job Duties:
Assist with operations department daily routine, including:
· Maintaining schedules for 180 field employees and 400 clients, matching cleaners to clients based on hours, experience, and location
· Providing customer support and fulfilling clients' and cleaners' requests
· Coordinate with the sales team to provide a quality work experience for field employees and a quality cleaning service for clients
· Coordinate with HR to hire the right field employees to fill upcoming schedules
· Coordinate with Procurement to help provide cleaning supplies in a timely manner
· Use ADP to monitor the schedules and its reporting power to provide weekly reports on Busy Bee's progress
· Use Salesforce to record client's requests, complaints, schedules, and cleaning supplies needs
Skills and Qualifications:
- English and Spanish fluency - required
- Good oral and written communication skills – required.
- Full-time availability – preferred
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or holding a degree less than 5 years old in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field– required

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
Office daily attendance reduced to 60% of occupancy. Social distancing and CDC guidelines strictly followed, with desks set apart further than 6 feet. Appropriate PPE supplied to all employees. Rotation of office attendance currently in place. Expected attendance currently at 3 days per week at the office and 2 days working from home.
