We seek a project manager with extensive experience in ground-up industrial, office, retail and grocery builds. Huge plus if you have significant experience with tilt wall and distribution centers. Job Summary and Responsibilities
In this role, the project manager is a project team leader that is responsible for the supervision and management of the individual project(s) and will also provide direction to the project team. This includes ensuring that the goals or objectives of a project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through the project team. The project manager's role is to support and facilitate field operations. This includes monitoring and controlling contracts, submittals, construction documents, and owner and architect expectations.
