Project Manager - Phoenix, AZ

We seek a project manager with extensive experience in ground-up industrial, office, retail and grocery builds. Huge plus if you have significant experience with tilt wall and distribution centers. We are expanding to the Phoenix area and building a core team of dynamic construction professionals with an entrepreneurial attitude.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
In this role, the project manager is a project team leader that is responsible for the supervision and management of the individual project(s) and will also provide direction to the project team. This includes ensuring that the goals or objectives of a project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through the project team. The project manager's role is to support and facilitate field operations. This includes monitoring and controlling contracts, submittals, construction documents, and owner and architect expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the following requirements:

• Minimum of six years of experience in construction project management with a large commercial general contractor required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field of study
• Extensive experience managing large tilt-wall projects for industrial, manufacturing, and large retail business sectors
• Experience managing ground-up projects in grocery, retail, or hospitality
• Ability to build and manage a complex construction schedule
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
• Extensive experience managing multiple budgets and large construction projects ($15M - $20M )
• Ability to effectively communicate with project owners, clients, and subcontractors
• A leader who can successfully drive a project to completion
• Strong computer skills using project management software applications - Procore, Phoenix, Spectrum, Bluebeam
• Valid driver's license required
