What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at MyFroYo?
Primary responsibility of a Team Lead for MyFroYo is to act in absence of the General Manager in leading the store to achieve the store objectives with regards to sales, opening and closing procedures, store and machine maintenance, and guest service.
Leadership
· Demonstrates Basic leadership skills
· Participates in creating a team environment which fosters loyalty
· Works and communicates well with others, regardless of position, to achieve best results
· Provides clear and effective direction to staff in absence of General Manager
· Appropriately represents the store to the internal and external contacts in the absence of General Manager
· Understands store sales plan and goals, and supports in operations and coaching
· Maintains professionalism at all times
· Coaches and Trains new sales associates as needed to help them quickly and get acclimated to their job
· Take responsibility for own performance and consistently meets commitments
Customer Service
· Always friendly, sweet, helpful and smiling
· Provides a experience that will encourage customers to return
· Covers the store and communicates any coverage concern to General Manager and Owner if needed
· Performs management cash register functions as required and ensures accuracy and efficiency
maintaining a store
· Ensure and communicate topping and yogurt quality along with guest requests
· Always cleaning and keeping a clean yogurt wall, topping bines, and lobby
· Check and wipe drip trays, bathrooms, and yogurt walls constantly
· Follows the visual standard for proper presentation of lobby and register area
Administration/operations
· Understand and complies with Company policies and procedures
· Accountable to discounts given / make sure there’s no abuse in policy
· Accountable to Safe Log and Cash discrepancies- not only to communicate but help locate the problem and possible solutions
· Communicates daily with General Manager regarding store needs or happenings
· Maintain and organize paperwork
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
