Job Description
Your Role :
As a Client Contracts Associate you will be a member of Americas Client Service responsible for supporting the contract process for Invesco's Retail and Offshore Mutual Funds, 529 plans, Exchange Traded Funds as well as the selling and servicing agreements on behalf of Invesco Distributors Inc.
You will be responsible for building and delivering exceptional client service across the full contract life cycle. You will be part of and collaborate with a talented team responsible for handling the day-to-day needs of our clients.
You Will Be Responsible For :
- Leading the contract process with Registered Investment Advisors and Broker-Dealers who wish to establish participation, selling and servicing agreements
- Analyzing, review and respond to dealer support requests from internal and external clients
- Managing QQQ proposal process :
- Maintain sharepoint of proposals from sales teams requesting QQQ support
- Present QQQ proposals quarterly, or as needed, to Strategic Review Committee
- Document approvals and ensure certifications are received as events take place
- Tracking aged items on a daily basis and work to prioritize Invesco legal resource deployment
- Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external clients by quarterbacking day to day activity and proactively managing and developing relationships with those clients
- Partnering with multiple internal departments (legal, compliance, finance, TA, etc) to champion and coordinate on behalf of our clients and help facilitate client operational needs & deliverables.
- Working with contracts team to adapt, where necessary, company contract templates and ensure the consistent use of most up-to-date contract template language and contracting standards.
- Supporting other types of agreements where necessary in partnership with Head of Contracts.
The Experience You Bring :
- Proficiency in navigating complex client relationships and ensuring a thorough understanding of client expectations
- A clear understanding of, and the ability to effectively reinforce, accountability and ownership with internal stakeholders
- Robust interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills and be confident, friendly, and respectful individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Accountable, motivated, diligent and results driven work ethic
- Strong planning, organizational, multitasking and execution skills with the ability to manage and control their own priorities to meet deadlines while being flexible with the ability to adapt to change
- Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver solutions supporting client goals
- Knowledge of Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
