Why We're Hiring: We are seeking a talented and driven Compensation Manager to join our Rewards Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role supporting the Rewards Team in all aspects of the design, analysis, implementation, communication, and day-to-day management of compensation programs designed to support our global business strategy and culture. What You'll Do: Reporting into the VP, Executive Compensation, you will: Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data, including pay levels, mix, prevalence / best practices to identify trends and improve competitive market positioning Assist with the development of compensation related communications to employees regarding compensation plans, policies and program design Administer and provide support for annual compensation activities such as merit increase and salary planning processes, bonus processing, stock grants, deferral programs, market pricing, and compensation survey data collection and analysis Manage compensation database and maintain detailed records of all plans / programs for participants, interfacing with employees, HR field reps and outside vendors Interpret plan provisions and explain compensation policies and programs to provide appropriate guidance to HR field reps, managers and employees Provide Accounting and Finance functions with detailed analysis of long-term incentive compensation plans for annual / quarterly financial reporting Assist with the preparation and coordination of materials for Compensation Committee Meetings, including supporting documentation What You'll Need: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics Minimum of 6 years of Compensation related experience In-depth / advanced knowledge of theoretical and applied knowledge in concepts, practices, and procedures within compensation and human resources Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and the ability to concisely synthesize information and data from a variety of sources Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex financial and statistical modeling Must be well organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail Ability to operate effectively in a team environment Who you are: You’re open : We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
