What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman position at myHomeworks, Inc?
MyHomeworks, Inc. is locally owned and dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work. We need an experienced handyman for residential and/or light commercial work. This skilled craftsman would ideally have a variety of home improvement skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to help others.

Responsibilities The handyman will need to have expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who can bid work and produce it.

- General Home Repairs and Handyman Work

- Painting Interior and Exterior

Requirements
- Must be Friendly with good, clean appearance.
- Must take pride in work and delivers a great product each time.
- Must have current Driver's License and Insurance
- Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
- Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- Must pass screening process which includes a background check
- Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
This position is a Home Repair Sub-Contractor (1099 position) that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.
