What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative?
- Communicate with dealers and providers
- Process data related to cancellations and refunds
- Resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct follow-ups
Qualifications & Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate a computer and speak on a telephone during entire shift
- 1 year customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions
