About the role:

Mynd is looking to hire an experienced Lease Marketing Associate who will be responsible for writing creative, quality ad descriptions for our homes listed for rent. You will be responsible for proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies, editing, and polishing existing content to improve and elevate the way we present our available listings. Creating and syndicating an ad also consists of uploading feature photos that best represent the home and will attract future residents. 

You will also take our marketing to the next level by remotely recording video virtual tours of our available homes, so you should feel comfortable having thousands of residents first introduction to Mynd being your enthusiastic and outgoing personality! You will work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure homes are listed for rent within our standard time frame and proactively obtain anything needed that might keep you from meeting that goal. 

Responsibilities:  

• Produce high-quality ad descriptions of Mynd properties listed for rent
• Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. Write clean, concise, well-polished copy
• Create a library of listing templates that can be utilized by the lease marketing team
• Utilize our systems auditing tools to ensure listings are published within our standard SLA’s
• Track and help evaluate marketing initiatives
• Remotely record and perform Virtual tours of homes 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline
• 3 years of content marketing, direct copywriting, or real estate marketing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• Experience in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
