About The Role:  

We are seeking a Network Manager/Integration Center Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of the Network Manager/Integration Center Manager is to plan, manage, and deliver successful integration services projects of varying size and complexity on time, as scoped, and within budget. The Integration Center Manager will lead a team of Myriad employees and contingency workers to achieve this objective.

The Integration Center Manager will work closely with other teams within Myriad360 to create and deliver integration services based out of Myriad360’s West Deptford, NJ Integration Center and Warehouse. 

Myriad360 requires new employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to starting their employment. You will be asked at the offer stage to submit proof of vaccination.

Other responsibilities include: 

• Lead projects of varied size and complexity through all phases of the integration services lifecycle.
• Assemble and cultivate a world-class integration services team.
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes and best practices for performing integration services.
• Manage POC (Proof of Concept) and FAB (First Article Build) process to meet project requirements.
• Assure client and operational documentation is updated as needed (as outlined by change control).
• Partner with Sales and Engineering to determine the level of effort, staffing, time, and space required to support client projects.
• Work with internal teams including Project Management and Logistics to ensure orders progress seamlessly through the integration center.
• Ensure the overall readiness of the integration center to deliver contracted work.
• Proactively communicate project status and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Enforce tool use and adherence to stated delivery standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired skills and experiences: 

The Integration Center Manager will ideally have the skills and experience listed below, but we take a holistic approach to talent matching and are open to a variety of backgrounds, particularly those that include providing exceptional customer service and support. 

• Strong knowledge of information systems, network administration, project management, general business management or related fields
• Significant experience delivering wired and wireless networks, server, and storage infrastructure, and/or enterprise software solutions
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, wiring, labeling, and directing the assembly of enterprise racked solutions
• Success managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and motivating a team with empathy and knowledge of personality types
• Possess a professional and diplomatic customer service approach during client conversations
• Experience interacting with client technical engineers for enterprise hardware and software solutions
