-Title : HR Business Partner
Position Summary
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), this role will manage HR initiatives and apply best practices to manage the HR strategy and execution for our Team. In this collaborative role, you will partner with various leaders across the business area in making decisions related to our workforce by facilitating organizational and leadership development efforts. As a member of our strategic HR team, you will utilize collaboration skills while communicating with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. You will also play a key role in administering Talent Management and succession planning activity within the client organization.
As an HRBP, you will resolve employee relations issues and assist LG leaders in the development of effective solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. As you execute company-wide programs and HR initiatives, you will collaborate across teams and co- manage various tasks that tie into the HRBP role. In this role, you will have termination and performance management responsibility and will utilize strong decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize your experience in HR strategic planning to ensure effective talent programs are created and implemented.
Lead internal investigations and provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees.
Based on the decision agreed to by leadership, may make salary recommendations for promotions, lateral moves and demotions within established HR guidelines.
Partner across HR teams such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to select, develop and evaluate employee to ensure the efficient operation of the digital transformation function.
Make recommendations for development of high-performing employees and manage employee performance improvement plans.
Evaluate current headcount and proposes possible changes to enhance business unit / division growth and/or productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to recommend programs to identify attrition risk, increase employee satisfaction and manage turnover.
-Salary Range: 90k-115k 10% annual bonus potential (performance based)

-401K Employer matching: 100% of first 3%, 50% of 4th and 5th %. Fully vested upon enrollment in the plan
-PTO(Paid time off) : Begins accruing immediately at a rate of 4 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
Accrualsin excess of this will be granted based on years of service per the PTO policy
Accrues bi-weekly based on service year accrual table until cap is reached
-Company holiday : 9 holidays 2 fixed floating days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
