This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. District Manager:
District Managers oversee 6-8 restaurants and help drive restaurant sales and profits by providing clear direction and leadership to restaurant management. You will conduct restaurant audits and regularly monitor performance as well as educate and consult with managers to ensure their understanding of restaurant operational and financial performance. You will be responsible for executing the brand strategy and promoting the Company’s vision, mission, and values. You will also utilize effective recruiting sources and methods to attract and select talented employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, retail or related industry
- Ability to travel 85-90% of the time locally with some overnight travel required
- Flexibility to address issues in a 24/7 environment
