Operates crane to move products, equipment, or materials to and from storage areas and processes, or to load and unload trucks by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Raises and lowers product by using remote control.
- Operates crane in a safe and proper manner.
- Moves material accurately to assure proper processing and minimizing down time.
- Inspects crane for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions.
- Conducts daily safety inspection on crane.
- Observes all company safety practices and procedures. Required to wear PPE safety gear.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in OSHA regulations in crane operations.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary : $37,900 - $47,900
