As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a new member to join the team as an Agriculture Manager. This is a grower-facing, field-based role with daily travel, to support customer success of agronomic conversion from flood to drip irrigation.

Responsibilities
- Provide both agronomic advice and product line knowledge to farmers.
- Management of irrigation best practices to N-Drip Irrigators, applicators, and growers.
- Develop Integrated Pest Management techniques (IPM), fertigation plans, and irrigation schedules, for our customers.
- Assist with field planning, crop rotation plans, and crop fertility.
- Weekly data collection and reporting regarding field irrigation application and system health.
- Analyze field data and soil moisture tests to provide individualized suggestions and solutions.
- Work closely with Territory Sales and Service Representatives to promote regional business development and customer service.
- Work cross functionally with US and Israel operations. Flexible availability is required to support global operations' time zones.
- Estimated travel 2-3 days a week with occasional overnight stays and out-of-state travel.
- Ideal location based in Central AZ or the Yuma, Phoenix, Tucson, Tempe, Parker, or Glendale areas.
Education
- Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Crop Science, Plant Pathology or Physiology, or Agri-Science-related fields.
- Personal and/or professional experience in technical agronomy and horticulture knowledge.
- PMD, QA, PCA, or CCA are a plus, but not required for consideration.
Requirements
- 5 years of agronomy, farm management, agronomist, or PCA experience.
- Ability and willingness to work outside in all seasons.
- Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver, with a “can do” attitude.
- Self-Starting, independent, proactive leader.
- Highly effective written and verbal communicator.
- Expert in all MS Office Tools.
- Experience using CRM and data analytic systems.
- Valid Driver's License
