What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Community Coordinator position at N.R.I. LLC?
As Social Media associate for NRI, LLC, you will curate, manage and maintain engagement of all social media content for two professional hair care brands. We're seeking an individual with a passion for beauty and a desire to build and engage with our customer base. This role requires a good working knowledge of beauty products and the ability to communicate effectively with a social community of stylists and customers.
The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director and work in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Curate the visual feeds and manage the scheduling and posting of all social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat)
- Measure the success of social media campaigns using program analytics
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy within a content calendar
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and Sales directors for campaigns and product promotions
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and Education Coordinator to promote store training programs, create posts featuring programs and communicate key info regarding programs
- Manage the Instagram Shop-able link
- Coordinate photo and video content, bringing original ideas to the table that create depth and variety to our feed and posts
- Model our core values and incorporate them into messaging as applicable
- Keep updated with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Create engagement with customers through social media via posts, direct messages, and responding to customer comments
- Engage with local businesses, vendors, and influencers via social media and manage their posts and earnings.
- Occasionally be on camera for content, including but not limited to, Instagram posts, tik toks, promotional materials, etc.
Qualifiers:
- Prior experience in Social Media Management
- Professional and timely internal and external communication
- Extroverted, Outgoing personality
- Comfortable with customer service type communication
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, non-typical corporate environment
- Collaborative and customer-centric
- Willing to go above and beyond when needed
