What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Labor Pool position at NA?
PAY: $18.12/hour
SHIFT: 12hr swing rotational shifts (alternate between Days & Nights every 4 weeks, 2 weekends a month)
This position will consist of completing roll changes, including webbing up the machine, check ng and filling lamination, tail tie and pick up glues, troubleshooting mechanical issues, operating hand tools, and pallet jacks,
following production schedules and complete production goals, maintaining a high standard of quality for finished products through quality checks and inspection of various machines, loading boxes by hand to case packers when case packer is down, maintaining equipment and keep work environment clean, all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure
Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
Backgrounds Required
High School Diploma or GED
6 Panel Oral fluid drug test
NCRF
Must have steel toed boots or shoes. Will report to Jessi Jacobs Tuesday 8/22 at 8 AM.
Pay Details: $1.00 to $18.12 per hour
