Public Health Specialist – Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)
Primary point of contact for the ADRC responding to inquiries and providing information and referrals. Supports clients in obtaining information, referrals, and services. Performs tasks to accomplish departmental and NACOLG mission and goals. Primary point of contact for client health emergencies, including Covid-19 providing information and referrals. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from accredited college or university or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the listed knowledge, skills, and abilities commensurate with the requirements of the job may be considered. Valid driver license. Insurable under vehicle insurance policy. Ability to attain and maintain designated certifications and credentials. Ability to engage in overnight travel, as necessary.
