Responsibilities
Initiating the first point of contact with our guests and setting the tone of the restaurant.
Welcoming guests into the restaurant with a professional, friendly, courteous, & helpful demeanor.
Assisting guests with making, confirming, & canceling reservations along with documenting any special requests
Welcoming guests into the restaurant with a professional, friendly, courteous, & helpful demeanor.
Seat guests at the proper table and time, display a sense of urgency & answer any questions or concerns from a guest.
After completing a comprehensive training program, hosts will be expected to execute proper phone, greeting & seating etiquette.
Qualifications
Hosts must be hospitable and approachable toward the guests at all times
Work well in a team environment
Display a spirit of hospitality
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
