Intern - IT Helpdesk Technician
Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Research questions using available information resources.
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
Qualifications:

Coursework or experience in the field of computer sciences
- Computer proficiency – Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with IT staff
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
Flexible schedules with Full Time and Part Time hours for Winter and Summer internships.
All positions are on-site in Bohemia, NY (These are not remote opportunities at this time.)
Internship salary is based on academic year standing.
