Come and join our Management Team at Naked Cafe!
You must have at least 3 years of recent, fast-paced serving experience at a full-service restaurant to be considered eligible for this position. At least 1 years of supervisory / management experience is required. 1 year of barista experience is preferred. This is a hybrid position composed of management and table service. You also must be fully and consistently available to work weekends. You also must be available to train at our Solana Beach location.
Training will consist of barista shifts, food running shifts, serving shifts, and management training shifts to ensure you have the skills and efficiency to be a part of our team. Training starts at $18 per hour PLUS amazing tips! Once you have completed training, you will be eligible for a raise.

Our ideal candidate moves with a strong sense of urgency, has the ability to multitask, and is extremely efficient. You must be able to work at a very fast pace, while simultaneously offering exceptional customer service!
