What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager / Gestionnaire de Produit position at Nakisa?

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our diverse, and highly skilled product team. Reporting to the head of product, the Product Manager will be responsible for successfully bringing a new suite of innovative Finance products, named Nakisa Real Estate, into the market. You will define and execute a product roadmap that is fully aligned with the current product vision and product strategy. You will be the product alignment agent within the company and will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders as well as other product managers and product UX designers. As a Senior Product Manager, you need to have a strategic and customer-centric mindset and thrive in an agile and product-led culture that focuses on outcomes vs. output.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the success of the product from A to Z and monitoring it via quantitative OKRs.
  • Overall product management responsibility for Nakisa Real Estate.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the product vision and strategy.
  • Defining, delivering, and executing a differentiated product roadmap with measurable KPIs fully aligned with the current product strategy.
  • Proactively partnering with key stakeholders, including leadership, solution engineering, sales and marketing and support, to ensure successful delivery of our products and achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collecting insights from our existing customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction.
  • Coach and collaborate with other product managers and bring alignment to the team.
  • Become the subject matter expert in real estate management and provide vision and leadership to the extended product team.
  • Improving cross-team product-related processes based on the specified product lifecycle.

What you need to bring

  • Minimum: bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related majors.
  • Solid technical experience in the software product lifecycle.
  • Minimum: 3 years of product management experience in B2B and enterprise software products (ideally SaaS) that have successfully launched in the market.
  • Proven experience as a product manager of a product-led company with excellent practical product management knowledge.
  • Solid ownership, leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and execution skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to help root his/her decisions.
  • Proven ability to work independently (doing deep work) and in team setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have

  • Technical background and experience in launching software products.
  • Experience in launching cloud-based software (SaaS) products as a product manager.
  • Real Estate domain knowledge and prior experience
