We currently have an opening for a Manager, Web Production. Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists, the Manager, Web Production will manage projects for web and digital platforms from concept through completion. We are looking for a production manager who is a problem solver, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn and grow with us.
This full-time position is based in our Arlington, VA offices on a hybrid basis.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling and management of web design and development projects with department representatives.
- Perform production duties such as regular posting to the NAMI blog; post personal stories, news items, webinar recordings, and press releases; oversee NAMInet; assist with page and section updates, additions, and designs; debug website; update home page hero, interstitial, and "view the latest" sections.
- Assist in maintaining NAMI's YouTube and Vimeo channels to include uploading and/or deleting videos, organizing channel playlists, and adding new videos to the Video Resource Library on NAMI.org.
- Deploy test emails and mass email blasts through Mailchimp.
- Coordinate with Manager, Field Communications to manage the organization wide mass email schedule.
- Act as project manager on updates/additions to web content throughout the lifecycle of a project: working closely with the digital services team and other department stakeholders; create regular department update schedules in coordination with account managers; work with the Senior Coordinator to gather appropriate project requirements and copy/image assets; conduct quality control; and work with the Senior Manager, Digital Services to scope and prioritize tasks and requested projects.
- Promote UI/UX consistency globally and across all web infrastructures.
- Assist in collecting data and metrics from sources such as Google Analytics 4.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders on web and digital projects.
- Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with timelines, requirements, and established processes.
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of previous web production experience
- Experience with design, development, and management of websites and an understanding of web development standards and technologies, including markup languages and scripting
- Proficient in CSS, HTML 5, and responsive design frameworks
- Experience and knowledge of current web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ARIA) and best practices for creating accessible web content
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience working in enterprise-level content management systems
- Experience with WordPress
- Expertise with project management software and communication platforms such as Asana and Slack a plus
- Have a thorough understanding of web development methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience in digital strategy, email marketing, search engine optimization, or copywriting a plus
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing applications
- Prior experience adapting communication style based on the team, whether they are technically inclined, creatively driven, or marketing focused
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Must pass background check
