ABOUT THIS JOB:
Our Developer I will work with our current in-house development team to stabilize and expand the reach of our AXOMO platform. At this stage of their career, they are developing their technical abilities and working to resolve and troubleshoot code and software related issues. Nonetheless, they will play an instrumental role in helping our swag management platform, AXOMO, scale to the next level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stabilize and scale the Axomo platform in line with the company goals.
- Keep development projects on schedule
- Perform coding assignments
- Review code work for accuracy and functionality
- Create and implement design plans
- Analyze code segments regularly
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology developments

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
- $47,000 - $57,000 annual salary, depending on experience

SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time)

Requirements
Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 1 year of development experience
- Proven ability to write code with some oversight
- Can write basic SQL queries to retrieve, insert and update tables
- Limited knowledge of indexing and data types
- Basic understanding of LESS/SCSS syntax and variables
- Basic understanding of c# syntax, data types, and control structures
- Adequate domain knowledge and can quickly grasp new domains.
- Proven ability to address issues as they arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
- Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas.
- Must be able to work at a desk in a standing or sitting position for 7 hours a day.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR:
- Prior experience with and strong understanding of front end development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
