Key Responsibilities :
- Repairs : Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs across various settings.
- Maintenance : Ensure that mechanical systems operate efficiently and carry out necessary repairs.
- Cleaning : Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
- Installation : Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
- Renovation : Repair and paint structural components, including doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
