We are aggressively hiring Field Service Technicians for both Household Appliance Repair (Refrigerator, Microwaves, Range, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer), as well as dedicated Refrigeration Specialists.

NAREFCO is an Authorized Repair Service Partner for GE, LG, Lowes, and other Appliance organizations with thier full Technical Support at our disposal.

You must be driven and take pride in customer satisfaction. Core to becoming a NAREFCO Technician is excellent communication and attendance.

The most important quality for anyone seeking a career with Narefco is that you SHOW UP to your customer appointments if hired!

We begin scheduling you the moment you are formally hired.

Minimum Position Requirements are as follows:

• You must already own a Smartphone and have the ability to use smartphone-based mobile apps to update work orders with notes, pictures, and part order requests.
• You must have a reliable, decent looking vehicle to run a schedule of 4-9 service calls within 30-45mins of your home address depending on your experience
• You must have a basic toolset that includes, but is not limited to a drill, multimeter, screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, Allen keys, and pliers.
• If you do not have experience in our industry, you must demonstrate a willingness to utilize ongoing virtual training, study the provided materials, utilize Tech Phone Support and use YouTube to self-teach.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position. We do offer some exceptions for part-time employees. You are expected to make 5-9 customer stops daily, M-F. You are paid Flat Rate, $50-$100 per completed repair, most of which require one visit, in some instances two visits.

$110-$130 flat per Sealed System.

We do not deduct taxes, your pay classification is 1099, however, that is just your pay classification, you are not a contractor for us, you are an employee with full corporate support and system.

Assistance is provided to those unfamiliar with 1099 tax responsibilities. We are looking for long-term applicants interested in growth and who enjoy working in a growing organization. We pay a Commute Bonus based on total stops made every work period.

For those without experience, data reflects that hands-on repetition over 30-45 days reflects an overall skill level progression equivalent to 6 months of training.

We do provide in-person training for Refrigerator Sealed System repairs only.
