What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sourcer, Contract position at Narvar?
Narvar is growing! We are hiring a Technical Sourcer at Narvar to play an integral role in helping shape our future by partnering with the sales team to consistently identify and attract top talent. You will be challenged to think creatively and strategically to generate and drive a healthy candidate pipeline for our highest priority sales roles. This is a highly impactful opportunity to accelerate the business during a pivotal point of our growth.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers and sales recruiters to thoroughly understand department needs and engage passive candidates
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to drive a high volume of quality sales talent at all levels
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates utilizing professional networks, social media, and other relevant resources
- Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
- Provide a world-class candidate experience
- Leverage data to assess your approach and shift your sourcing strategy accordingly
What we’re looking for
- 3 years of talent sourcing experience with measurable impact/results
- BA/BS university degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience sourcing sales professionals for high growth tech companies (ideally in SaaS)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse, a plus)
- A growth mindset and are open to feedback
- Adaptability and able to thrive in ambiguity
