Responsibilities:
- Participates as a part of the Front of the House team to greet and serve our guests with a smile!
- Completes transactions accurately with our guests at the register.
- Delivers each order accurately and with a smile to our guests.
- Helps the team maintain and clean and organized dining room.
- Provides excellent customer service to our guests by anticipating needs, being kind, being helpful, and going one step further to deliver a memorable experience.
- Keeps a positive attitude and upholds the values and culture of NASHBIRD.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a food runner, server, cashier, or customer service representative.
- Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Commitment to excellent service.
- Working well within a team.
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma is preferred.
